Weight, dimensions and handling
Air freight is generally charged on the higher of actual and volumetric weight. We therefore need dimensions per package as well as gross weight. Handling, documents and any pickup or delivery are coordinated according to your instructions.
What should your request include?
Provide origin, destination, Incoterm, cargo-ready date, package count, dimensions and weight. Describe the goods and highlight batteries, dangerous goods or temperature requirements so handling needs can be assessed in advance.

Your customer portal brings together available shipment updates, planned and actual departure and arrival dates, and documents. You can call or email QFreight to discuss the planning or ask a question.
